Get ready for an afternoon and evening of laughter, fun and community at the CTK School P&F Family Fun Fest on Saturday, 12 September from 4pm to 8pm.

The Family Fun Fest is an opportunity for Christ the King School families to come together and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with classic games and a range of activities for all ages. As the sun sets, the fun continues, so bring your dancing shoes and your favourite song requests.

  • Adults: Free
  • Children three [3] years and younger: Free
  • Children four [4] year and older: $10 (unlimited access to all activities)
Entertainment and Activities

Children's entertainment includes face painting, art and craft, outdoor games, a photo booth, family novelty races and more.

The school playgrounds will be open from 4pm until 5:30pm, but will be strictly out of bounds after 5:30pm.

On arrival, children will collect a 'passport' that will be stamped for each activity they visit. Completed and submitted passports will go into the draw to win one of six [6] exciting prizes.

Food & Drink options

There will be a range of delicious food and drink options available for children and adults.

P&F Barbecue & Canteen

The CTK School P&F will run a barbecue from 5pm to 7pm. All items and non-alcoholic cold drinks can be purchased online.

  • Sausage sizzle (regular and gluten free options available)
  • Burgers (gluten free and vegetarian options available)
  • Drinks (water, sparkling water, poppers and soft drink)
  • Assorted Snacks

Turkish Tucker

  • Gozleme (five assorted flavours)
  • Hot chips
  • Hot chips and nuggets

Gelato a Go Go

  • A delicious array of gelato and sorbet

P&F Bar (18 years and older)

There will be a cashless bar on the night selling 

  • Red and White Wine
  • Sparkling Wine
  • Beer
  • Pink Gin and Soda
  • Vodka and Soda

The event will operate under a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) framework and alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years or older. Alcohol may only be consumed within the perimeter of the bar zone. The sale of takeaway alcohol is not permitted. The event will operate under a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) framework

Under the event's Community Liquor Permit, BYO alcohol is not permitted.

The bar will close at 7:45pm.

Preorder Your Tickets

To assist with RSVPs and catering for the Family Fun Fest, families are asked to preorder their tickets before 9am on Friday, 4 September. Please ensure you order tickets for all family members who will be attending, regardless of whether they are 'free' or 'paid' tickets. Families are also encouraged to preorder their P&F Barbecue & Canteen items.

Event Tickets

  • Adults and children aged three years and younger are free
  • Children aged four years and older are $10 each

  • Orders are made via Qkr! 
  • Use the special menu for 'CTK School Family Fun Fest'
  • To ensure family items are grouped together, please use the profile of your eldest child when ordering

Please note: There will be limited extras of sausages, burgers and drinks available to purchase. The P&F strongly encourages families to preorder items to ensure they don't miss out.

Neighbourhood courtesy

Please park your vehicles respectfully and avoid blocking driveways. Keep noise to a minimum when leaving.

Photography notice

Photos will be taken during the event and may be used in Christ the King School communications. If you prefer not to be photographed, please speak to Mrs Bernadette Wright or Mrs Calista Simmons on the night.

Sustainability matters

Help us keep Christ the King School clean and green. Use the provided bins for general waste, recycling and 10c Containers for Change.

Supervision reminders

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

Children should use student toilets; adults are to use the Parish facilities.
