CTK School warmly invites all parents and caregivers to attend the upcoming Parents and Friends (P&F) Annual General Meeting (AGM) and final General Meeting for 2025, taking place on Wednesday, 12 November at 6:30pm in the CTK School Library.
This important event offers a chance to:
- Reflect on achievements of the past year
- Hear from Principal, Mrs Bernadette Wright
- Connect with fellow parents over light refreshments
- Elect the 2026 P&F Executive and Committee
Leadership Opportunities
All Executive and Committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGRM. Roles to be filled include:
- Executive Team: President, Vice-President, Secretary (minimum of three members)
- Delegate: CSPQ Archdiocese of Brisbane Parent Body representative
- Committee Roles: Care & Concern Convenor, Events Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator, Sustainability Coordinator
Taking on a leadership role is a meaningful way to contribute to our vibrant school community. The P&F fosters an inclusive, friendly, and supportive environment where ideas are welcomed, laughter is shared and lifelong friendships are formed.

To ensure a smooth meeting, it is preferred that nomination forms be submitted to Mrs Bernadette Wright by Tuesday, 11 November. Nominations may also be accepted 'from the floor' during the meeting if no nominations have been received prior.
