 Communicating Children's Progress

At CTK we actively promote positive, regular communication between teachers and parents because we believe very strongly that ‘it takes the whole village to raise the child’.

Teachers are very happy to meet informally, however a planned meeting will always ensure that appropriate time and attention is given to any concerns or updates regarding your child. Formal reporting occurs in the form of a parent teacher interview in first semester and a written report in second semester. Additionally, parents will be invited to join open classrooms at the completion of some units of work.

If for any reason you have a concern about your child’s progress the class teacher is the first point of contact. The principal is always available for any further support or follow up.
