At Christ the King School, Graceville, kindness isn’t just a value — it’s a way of life, and nothing embodies that spirit more than our beloved CTK School 'Kombi of Kindness'.
Born during the challenging days of COVID-19, the Kombi first hit the road to deliver Learning Packs to our students, bringing smiles and support when it was needed most. Now, it’s back — with a new mission and the same big heart.
These holidays, our APRE, Mrs Suzannah Halpin is bringing her Kombi out of retirement to deliver CTK School Welcome Packs to some of our incoming 2026 Prep students. It’s our way of saying, “Welcome to the family!” — with a little extra joy and a whole lot of love.
Just like Nano Nagle, who walked the lantern-lit streets of Cork, Ireland, to bring education and hope to those in need, the CTK School Kombi brings light, love, and connection to our community. It’s a modern-day lantern of kindness, rolling through Graceville with the Christ the King School spirit.
If the sound of the old school bell echoes through your neighbourhood, don't hold back — give us a wave, a cheer or simply join the joy!
Ring-a-ding-ding… Christ the King!
